York University is Canada’s third largest university with over 120 undergraduate programs on offer. In the increasingly competitive post-secondary education space, the university was striving to increase application and enrolment rates.

Key project goal
The goal of the application form project was to create an accessible and responsive site. A secondary goal was to improve conversion by eliminating some of the difficulties with the existing application process.
My Role and Responsibilities
I was the primary experience designer and researcher on this project. I conducted and synthesized the research, and created journey maps and wireframes.
